Terms of Service

We provide AI systems, websites, automations, and related services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate agreement or proposal. In the event of a conflict, that written agreement controls over these general terms.

Setup fees are due before work begins. Recurring monthly fees are billed in advance and are due on the same date each month. Payments are processed through the methods we provide. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Late payments may result in a pause of services. You remain responsible for charges incurred before any cancellation takes effect.

Monthly services may be cancelled with written notice. There are no long-term contracts unless your specific agreement states otherwise. Setup and one-time fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned.

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and platforms as needed, and reasonable cooperation. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines and results. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of any information you supply.

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you, to the extent assignable. We retain rights to underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently. We may reference our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caryatid Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost data arising from your use of the site or services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Many of our systems are built on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, or policy updates caused by those providers. You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party platform involved in your services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to Bedford, Texas.
